General Details

Very easy to set up appointment. Had to cancel one meeting and when I called back the next day the guy on the phone remembered my name. She was late though so that made me wait in the hotel lobby for a while and when I got up and knocked on the door she had me wait some more. In hallway see her date come out. Awkward moment to say the least.
