Her agency gave me a time and then made me wait when I came for approx. 30 minutes in the lobby. When I came up to room I was waiting at the door for another 15 minutes in the hallway. The girl then tells me she only has twenty minutes before the next client, and hands me the phone to talk to the agency. Much Pain.
