I'm a newbie, so I had to go through a whole screening process. Did it entirely through text. Picture of ID, selfie holding id, paystub. Screener wanted to call my job to confirm I work there but I told them it would be weird and they didn't, still got the booking. I'm convinced they really do delete your data afterwards because I had to send everything over again after my first attempt got interrupted. Overall about as newbie-friendly as I could hope for.
Location was an apartment in a nice gated community in Tustin.
