General Details

Immediately on noticing that Ayumi was coming to town, called Patricia to ask the part of town she would be staying in because that would impact time of appointment. Patricia was most helpful, even rescheduling me when a work conflict arose. Received a morning call from agency with the location of the upscale hotel. Called agency for room number and then went upstairs.
