I had booked a session with a different provider from another agency. When I sent a confirmation text this morning I was told that the provider had changed her hours and would like to book later on in the day. I was not able to do this so I decided to look for other options. So I reached out FFC as I also had to go to MD today and was told Ayaka's schedule aligned with my time. So I booked immediately.
