The agency is super easy to deal with, very communicative. Gave me all the necessary details before heading over which made the process very simple.
Ava works out of a doorman building, which I don't generally like - this was no exception. It's just uncomfortable to have to ask a doorman to allow you up, regardless of who you say you're there to meet.
Nevertheless, got to the unit, Ava opens the door and all is as it should be. TL;DR (or not a VIP): I won't repeat with Ava, but she's definitely got skills, a great personality, and an awesome energetic attitude. VIP read on.
