I contacted Audrey through her form on her website when I saw that she was coming to the NW burbs and my neck of the woods. Saw all the awesome reviews and had to see for myself. Her assistant contacted me early the next day and we set up a time to meet when she came to my area. Very professional and no problem getting back to me. She sent me the hotel info and I was on my way. I arrived at the hotel, called her cell and there was no delay in sending me up to her room.
