General Details
I had booked a date with Athena via DCD's website a few days before the actual date. There may have been a glitch on the site because I didn't receive any type of notificaion that the booking went through (not user friendly lol). Brian did contact me via text the day before requesting that I confirm appointment via text the following morning, which I did.
I texted that I had arrived (a few minutes early) and shortly afterwards received Athena's room number.
Non-VIP's I will most definitely repeat.
