I could tell from her attitude on the phone that this wasn’t going to work out well. Kind of whiny, and hard to understand. As the door opened, I considered saying “Changed my mind” but thought that would be unfair. Wish I had. Non-VIPs, all you need to know is, don't; VIPs, read only if you want to feel better about some of your own experiences.
