For me, the overall impression and how things will go starts with the initial contact. With Lianna, this went well. She replied promptly and the only screening information I supplied was my Date-Check ID. The time and date were easily set by email, with a request to contact her and reconfirm on my arrival. I did that and Lianna got right back to me and reconfirmed our meeting.
