Very easy to contact either by phone or email. Ashley got back to me on both. Setup a 90 minute appt and waited for the day to arrive. Was so excited that I totally forgot that LA traffic was horrible and got to her location late. She was very understanding and was able to put off plans just so time can start when I entered her room.
