I was the last person to see her. She arrived completely tired, flopped on the bed, and proceeded to yawn ... all picking up the dough and checking in. This particular agency has been terrific for me in the past, so my benefit-of-the-doubt assessment is that maybe others had better service out of her. I will NOT be seeing her again.
