General Details

Never used Miami Ultimate before, but I would have to agree with other people about the disorganization of the company. It took three days before I finally got to see Natasha. First day, she had a full schedule (nobody's fault). The second day, I called in the morning and made an appointment for early afternoon. I called an hour before to get Natasha's hotel info, but they said she was switching hotels, so it would be a three hour delay. I waited. An hour after they were supposed to call me, I called them to find out Natasha wasn't feeling well, so they canceled all of her appointments for the day. Wasn't too happy about the lack of communication, but I decided to give it one more chance the next day. Set the appointment up in the morning and called an hour before my appointment in the afternoon. They said they didn't see me down for an appointment, but after a few minutes, they called me back and could still get me in at the time I wanted.
