General Details

I just wrapped up with a different provider from a different agency. Ever try to schedule a visit, hear back that the provider is unavailable, and then get a text saying she's now available? That's exactly what happened and I figured why not? 11:05 followed by a 12:15 with a different hotel 50 feet away.

I'm usually a one and done person, so I never schedule 2 providers back to back. I like MSA. They get the 2 text, intro and "no knock" part down.
