I've seen Annie twice now, and I think its safe to say that she has become my ATF. The location isn't great, but its really not TERRIBLE. Its located in a business district, albeit in a less affluent part of town. If you make a daytime appointment you really have nothing to worry about, but if you must make a night appointment I would recommend parking in front of one of the many shops around the corner.
