Visiting Boston on Business, I called this agency and spoke with Cynthia. It was for a Sunday appointment. I was told there was only one provider available. i was running late. Called Cynthia back to schedule with Annemarie for the next afternoon. She suggested I phone Kelly in the morning.Confirmed with Kelly and went through their thorough screening process. Called prior to my appointment time ( 22 minutes to early )Sorry Kelly! Over anxious I guess. The elevator carried me to the designated floor and I knocked..............
