57 yo first-timer here. Very nervous, even while making arrangements. Aubrey, the phone lady, was very nice to work with. I called on a Thurs for an appt. for the next Thurs, and she very politely asked me to call back on Mon. When I did, she took information for screening, and called back Tues to confirm. I called for directions on my way to appt. Met Annabella in parking lot. She's gorgeous! In the apt, put the envelope on the coffee table and freshened up a bit in the bathroom.
