Booking was very smooth since I've used the service before. Went to a familiar location, but there was snow everywhere. I arrived at my appointment time but was told to wait and waited for more than 30 mins. Went with anna because of the high reviews and because of her sister Bella. would visit again but rate is kind of steep. VIPS read on, non vips she's a MUST visit provider!
