Very easy and efficient comms through the agency. Given postcode and address and then flat no. when I arrived. Flat was small but fit for purpose, with well placed mirrors.
Anna is a bit of a star of the London Thai circuit. You can't do much better at the moment for the famed Thai customer service. She looks cute, like an Asian sex doll, and delivers an experience to match, although I never really felt we clicked.
