I made the appointment 5 days out since I was flying in from Europe......changed the time to earlier in the day, 3 days before the appointment and we are good to go........as you have all said, and she also has said, "She would be late to her own funeral"...and she was an hour late.... annoying but no problem because the service was exceptional.......
