Contacted Anna via a P411 request. Most of our communication was via email. Standard two call system. Had me drive to a CVS and then gave me directions from there. I was very pleased with Anna's appearance. She is a tall, smoking blond. She had nice tight white jeans on an a blouse. She greeted me with a nice hug.
