Based on reviews and pictures, sent an email. Annah is quick to respond. Screening required but painless. She sent hotel info the day before, and calls 5-10 minutes before time with room. She was actually late, calling 15 minutes after time which she apologized for, and wanted to know if I still wanted to come over. Glad I did...
