Had tried scheduling with Anita previously but had to cancel, my issue. Finally got back to scheduling an appointment, which was easily done and location is in nice safe area and easy to get to and park. Once there a quick call for instructions on how to enter bldg and find her appt. Greeted me with a warm hug and a kiss, dressed in long flowing gown.
