Angel is a seasoned professional and I'm sure if you are a regular, the service may get better. A major thing that can make or break your time with a provider is how the PO interacts with you. Lately, I've noticed that PO's are getting worse and worse. I wish the bosses knew how bad things have gotten lately. Tangent, Angel was an okay time and I think if there weren't the booking issues, things might have been different.
