General Details
Got stood up by a well known provider here in Chicago. Luckily I had done some homework on TER before traveling to a meeting. Had Mike's number and some reviews in case. Mike is exceptionally helpful and despite the lateness of my call he arranged a late evening appointment with Angel. He explained that she would be starting her evening with me but it could be done. I would see her again and definetly deal with Mike anytime.
