I have seen Angel several times over the past 3 years. She is very cool, down-to-earth and professional. She always offers water and requests that you wash your hands. She has a few rules and nothing that I felt was overly limited. She is a bit of a clean freak and that's fine with me. Certainly, YMMV but treat her nice and she will make you comfortable and happy.
