OK, this girl has some great reviews, and they are well deserved. Here's MY story... It did not start out well, I have to say. I called and left a message one night, thinking I'd get the ball rolling on getting the reference check out of the way. This started the "battle of the texts". She texted me for refs, and I replied with one, she wanted 2-3. She wanted them to be local, and recent. And she wanted them to have posted recently too... (Some of my ATFs don't post any more.) Needles to say, this was a pain, and went on for over an hour... 50 texts later, I told her to check out my reviews on TER and make up her own mind. Two days later... we finally had an appointment.

Used the 3-call (or text) system. But when she told me to go to her door and text her, I just knocked. (Really? Text??) Anyway, things looked up immediately. This girl is very hot in a sexy GND kind of way. (Well, next door if you lived in the right neighborhood, I guess... lol) And she was dressed sexy too. Loved it!
