Fairly routine process for scheduling a visit although gave location as a cross-street and then had to call to get directions to location, typical for BP ads but not for P411. Met me at the door in a low-cut dress, not much make-up. Pics appear to be from a few years ago and professionally done. Location was comfortable though nothing fancy.
