General Details

I have been trying to get in touch with Ana for sometime. But she is only available for a short time in the city, and she communicates via email. So the pre 2 - 3 times, by the time I see the reply or get a reply she has already left the city. Anyways, this time I made a point to be persistent sending multiple emails until we finally agreed a time and location.
