General Details

I contacted Ana by phone around noon and made an appointment for that evening. My plans changed and I called her later that afternoon to cancel. She was very sweet and understanding. A couple of weeks later called again for an appointment and she answered Hi (my name). Made an appointment for early evening and I'm glad I did.
