It is a two step call, the first is to set up the appointment and the 2nd is to buzz you up. It took some time setting up for Amy because the MMS wanted me to wait for the coast to be clear. I was able to finally get in where Amy opened the door and led me to the room. Non VIP i would repeat, VIP read on.
