Its probably not that often that you'll find yourself in Cardiff, Wales...but on occasions you do! That's what happened to me and so I did a little internet searching. No TER reviews for this area of the UK so I took a punt on Amelia mainly because she had taken the trouble to create a great website and her photos looked great. I was not disappointed...VIPs read on.
