General Details

This is the first time I've used this service. It was very professional and efficient. When I arrived at the hotel I called to check in. About five minutes later the dispatcher called me to inform me that she was stuck in traffic and would be running a few minutes late. As I was sitting in the lobby waiting is saw her going to the elevators. They again called me and gave me her room number.
