Easy to set up appointment. 2 call, first guiding you to landmark and then second call for detail. Easy parking. Access through enclosed deck for privacy. Greeted at door with robe and DFK. Everyone who is a Cleveland TER member should know of Allison by now. They know her tongue and attitude are amazing. I got tongue wherever I wanted it for an hour. She is FUN and has a great attitude -- can't be beat.
