Scheduled with another provider. Arrived, called told she wasn't there yet and to sit tight. Got a call back 5 minutes later saying she wasn't coming, car trouble. Not happy. Asked who else was available, since I drove a half hour and schedule my appointments around this visit. Alix was available. Didn't recognize name or remember photos but decided to go for it. Glad I did.
