I had a little trouble connecting with Alice. I'd read her reviews and scheduled an appointment about a week in advance, but the morning of she contacting me about being sick, and canceled later that day. I was bummed, but we managed to find a time later in the week where she was able to meet me -- and man was it worth it! Non-VIPs: she is awesome.
