I had seen the ads and reviews on Lexy and wondered about her, so when I had an appointment cancelled at the last minute by another provider, I thought I'd give her a try. She picked right up, and was very easy to deal with on the phone, said she'd have to check her schedule, but called me back within a couple minutes with a same day appointment. She called just before the appointment time, said she was on her way, and arrived no more than 15 minutes late (but the call was nice, thank you).
