I noticed some of her reviews said it was relatively easy to schedule with her. This was not the case with me. TOO many unanswered phone calls. TOO many voice mails and many phone calls back and forth. Promised to call me back a couple of times and did not and the excuses were becoming harder to believe. RELIABILITY was not in play in this episode. I was almost on the verge of giving up on this provider. FINALLY was able to schedule a nightime appointment. Made the journey to New Jersey and arrived at her apartment building where she recently just moved into. Two call routine and she came downstairs to let me in.
