She's very responsive and easy to work with via email. Very simple set up, with rs2k and references I had no problems with verification. She is super cautious about giving out area. My phone signal was really jacked up that day which caused me a few minutes late. If you park and chill by her place she'll lead you around the corner to her place and watch you as you come and buzz you up.
