For a 'newbie', this was a great and smooth first visit. After contacting Alena with some extra details to cover the lack of references, the setup went smooth. She took extra steps along the way to help me feel comfortable and relaxed with the whole process. When the date finally came, she contacted early to move our appointment slightly. After I arrived, the wait was more than worth it! I'm glad I booked extra time, and I definitely left wobbly legged and breathless.
