I have used the agency before, so no reference needed. This was a last minute appointment. I literally only called an hour before the appointment and had somewhere to be that evening, so my time slot was limited. Needless to say, my one available time slot was avialable and Alba was available. She was the girl I most wanted to see anyway. Standard 2 call system, like clockwork.
