saw her ad. checked reviews on TER and like what I read. Sent an email and she requested I call her to set up an appointment. Called and found her English a little spotty but managable. At the appointed time I called and she said she was busy call back in 1/2 hr. Never happy when that happens but I hung in there and fairly happy I waited it out.
