I'm amazed that licenses weren't revoked after the second bust. These parlors get busted all the time, which is why I've never patronized them.

That place has been busted twice in the past. Fool me once, shame on you, fool me twice, shame on me. But, a third time? Damn! One would think the first incident would discourage them from providing special messages at the parlor.  Then a second time, man, that should have been a wake up call. Finally, the third time, "forrgeett aboutt itttt". I wouldn't be surprise if they got busted a 4 and 5 time in the same parlors.

Don't tell me they're enforcing a 25 mph speed limit! I'M SO TOTALY SCREWED. And there is unpublished stuff? This has to be the end of the world as we know it (I read that today is the anniversary of REMs first album -- Murmur)
