That place has been busted twice in the past. Fool me once, shame on you, fool me twice, shame on me. But, a third time? Damn! One would think the first incident would discourage them from providing special messages at the parlor. Then a second time, man, that should have been a wake up call. Finally, the third time, "forrgeett aboutt itttt". I wouldn't be surprise if they got busted a 4 and 5 time in the same parlors.
like it or not, it is illegal to do this sort of stuff around here. It is like knowing there is a speed limit of 25 and driving 55 and getting a ticket!!!
