Studly's query has all of the earmarks of Fairfax LE.
It's best not to advertise and review that persons in NOVA are "sure things," because a TER review to that effect is sufficient probable cause for you know what, arrest and search.
Or maybe you don't.
Fairfax still has its low level LE war on bbj's and the VA felony sodomy statute is used dozens of times a year.
