Studly's query has all of the earmarks of Fairfax LE.
It's best not to advertise and review that persons in NOVA are "sure things," because a TER review to that effect is sufficient probable cause for you know what, arrest and search.
Or maybe you don't.
Fairfax still has its low level LE war on bbj's and the VA felony sodomy statute is used dozens of times a year.
Romeo3 bit the dust nearby recently.
Guys who've lived around here a decade stay out of VA because of what we know. Every year is an election year for something.

There are posts below on some of the thieves in NOVA.

Nothing improper goes on at BlueGems. You watch a little dance, do a little Bible reading, sing a few hymns, discuss French desserts. Don't even think about propositioning a BG girl. She's slap you and kick you somewhere uncomfortable.
BG girls are nice girls next door working their way through college and helping out their friends and families.

At the last barn raising the elders passed a resolution to form a task force and to drive around in the wagons searching for bbjtcs-teow. Something has to be done about this!
But first the wagons must do research into the varieties of this evil force in our society, and must find the center of gravity of this Bisselization!
