You posted this question a few times before I see and still no luck. Sorry, I can't help, but find it odd no one has come forward yet. Might be due to your limited exposure here (no pun intended).  A good friend of mine was convicted as a sex offender under this statute several years ago, and it hurt her badly - she lost her job, spent thousands in court fees, was registered as a sex offender, parole officer supervision, etc....all because she was 'caught' on digifilm and prosecuted for blowing her date in the back of a crowded bar.
