I totally agree with you regarding the function of most of them. Most of the ads are blatantly false advertising, fake pictures, ridiculous claims about endowment and function. And the rates are almost funny. I will only pay a certain amount the first time I see someone, too many unknowns. If they are not okay with that I move on to the next one.
