I have been thinking about this often, having many sleepless nights. Can anyone tell me why the seals at Fisherman's Warf in San Francisco all left at once without notice then came back about a month later?

Thanks, Melissa!

I've seriously looked at bringing in the sub-markets, but the way EROS has it organized makes tracking those markets a bit more time-consuming: more pages to click through and more formulas to construct (right now I can go to one page for the data).

However, you bring up a very good point.  The DC area is so densely populated that I find it strange for EROS not to differentiate from Baltimore.  The same goes for New York and Los Angeles and other large metro areas.  LA is really bizarre--they don't even bother to list submarkets.

We're talking about a couple of web pages that would take maybe a few minutes to code (o.k., longer to set up the designated city code in the ASP database), but once it's done; well, that's pretty much it.  The code runs itself except for hacker intrusions and update bugs.  EROS has the CMS for it all, so I don't quite understand why they don't separate the cities.

Unless, of course, they've out-sourced their web work. LOL!

I just did a check for sub-markets across the U.S. and was shocked to find only 8 areas with sub-markets.  On the other hand, that includes about 35 sub-markets.

What I may start doing is keeping track of them separately because there's a massive amount of duplication.

...it screwed up a lot of the girls that were even in NoVa. Thankfully that was fixed.
It used to be I could do an overnight trip t Richmond-but now I'd need to pay for the ad. Not really worth it.
Melissa- You'll still do well here- you're right reputation is everything!

Your geography is a little suspect. San Francisco is not in  the Northwest and there are no Rocky Mountains in Arizona so it should be Southwest instead of Rockies.

Alas, it is so, but then I was faced with a variety of regional labels with just one or two cities.  Also, market characteristics played a role as well.

If I wanted to do this somewhat accurately, we'd have:

New England: Boston

Northeast: New York, New Jersey, Philadelphia

The Appalachians: Washington DC (in the foothills), Virginia, Carolinas, Atlanta

Great Lakes: Chicago, Wisconsin, Michigan, Pittsburgh, Indiana, Ohio

Southeast: Miami, Orlando/Tampa, North Florida

South: New Orleans, Dallas, San Antonio, Austin, Houston

Mid-South: Memphis, Nashville, Louisville

Mid-West: St. Louis, Kansas City

Rockies: Albuquerque, Colorado

South Desert: Arizona

Mid-Desert: Utah, Las Vegas

Northwest: Seattle, Portland

Northern California: San Francisco, Reno/Tahoe

Southern California: LA, San Diego

..Baltimore and DC are an hour apart, that always made sense. But a lot of girls fell for it when it started.
PM me if you need any "local" info from me- always happy to help a sister out.
