There are several modalities for this issue; however, they are best done together with a partner. Masters and Johnson, James Seamans and others have basically elaborated on the stop-start and squeeze technique.

For a quick fix, try polyeurothane condoms.  They just a little thicker than latex condoms.  I tried them because my parterner was allergic to laytex.  She could not use laytex condoms or toys.  Trojans version is the Torjan Supra.  I found out that I was lasting longer using them, almost to the point that it was taking too long.  Give them a try.
